The room was big and the view was amazing. The dirty windows lessened the impact of the otherwise spectacular view. The hotel labels itself as "beachfront", but it is more than 300m walk to the nearest beach. No beach or pool towels provided, and no place to buy a beach towel either. The pool is sad and the gym is worse.
The complaints about the breakfast from other reviewers are overblown. I was here for 2 weeks and all but 2 days I left with a full stomach. There are lots of choices, and some days are better than others. Others complain about hard-boiled eggs, which are terrible, and are pre-cooked to maybe a 75% success rate, with 25% going to landfill. However, everyday you can ask for fried or scrambled eggs. While they do usually have bacon, Americans desiring crispy bacon will be extremely disappointed. It is very undercooked, as if it were ham. Breakfast takes creativity. After a few days, you will be happy with the breakfast.

Very friendly staff.in the tourist area in Danag closer to the beach.lot of restaurants nearby.but they have an exceptional breakfast with Vietnamese and continental food.Worth more than the price we pay

Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of items to appeal to people of different ethnicities.
Tomato sauce was not obvious. (It may have been there with other sauces, but red sauces are often very spicy so I did not try them. I could have asked staff but did not. Providing a free short massage was very nice.

Forced by receptionist before I checked out to pay fine for smoking in my room, I never smoked in my room, I smoked on the balcony with ash tray! I paid 1.300.000 in dong to get free from receptionist who held me captive against my will.

My girlfriend and I chose the hotel for a romantic getaway. The room was clean, with soft lighting and a comfortable bed. The staff even prepared flowers and a note when they learned the reason for our stay.

The room was very clean, with a spacious bed and a thick mattress that was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, hot water was consistent, and fresh towels were always provided. I was especially impressed with the front desk staff — always smiling, assisting with a quick check-in, and recommending many great places to eat nearby. The location, close to My Khe Beach and the city center, made getting around very convenient.

The room was airy with natural light, crisp white sheets, soft pillows, and a warm blanket. Housekeeping cleaned daily, always knocking gently before entering, very polite. The staff were friendly, ready to help book rides and suggest tours.

The room had full amenities: flat-screen TV, minibar, kettle, and hairdryer. The quiet, soundproofed space allowed me to sleep peacefully all night. The front desk staff spoke good English and were very helpful to my foreign friend. They even helped us book a table at a nearby seafood restaurant.

In a great location. The room was clean, and the staff were pleasant. Friendly, attentive service throughout. I would definitely stay here again.
The toilet was clogged and found out during first use. It took the staff 2 hours to resolve. Would have been better if the staff had verified that the toilet was working before assigning the room.
