Staff were great, very helpful and accommodating. Nice to have the little winmart downstairs for snacks and water. Location was very central and price was reasonable for the location.
Beds are pretty old and well used, sometimes noise in the hallways, sometimes smokers. Quite a noisy area at night as it’s on a main road.

Necessary amenities were easily available: laundry and their own convenient store right out front of their hotel entrance. Staff were friendly.
Saw baby roaches in and around our hotel room. Mold all over the bathroom. The bathroom, shower and toilet is an all on one situation, kind of a is a turn off. The shower water went all over the toilet and out of the bathroom door which flooded the area that lead into the main entrance of the hotel room. Room is smaller than it looks in the photos.

Disappointing
The laundry service damaged one of my garments and took several days to resolve the issue. During this time, one staff member showed little concern, while another told me, “You didn’t ask us not to mix your white clothing with colored items.” This response was both surprising and unprofessional.
In addition, the room was not in proper condition: there were numerous stains on the sofa.

They have a convenience store on site for drinks and snacks which is helpful when checking in late. They were able to work with me when I needed to leave early.
The bed was too firm for my taste and not comfortable. The bathroom is a small wet bath so the entire room gets soaked when you shower.

Location of the hotel is really good and also the staff are really friendly.
Could have been a little more cleaner especially the bed and sheets but it's okay nothing to complain about at this price.
