The location is good close the beach not far from airport and local food getting around ? also very nice staff
The house keeper not clean the room everyday we are stay 3 nights. If would like to clean the room have to tell the receiptionis and they only clean the floor didn't change or clean coffee cup.

What is wrong with all the good reviews? I would say it is totally a scam. The pictures and the reviews are all incorrect. The room was dirty and all, the tv didn’t work, the telephone didn’t work when I wanted to call reception and worse is the air conditioning also didn’t work. Then i got upgraded to another room, it was a bit better but then the air conditioning stopped working for the second time. I also booked the hotel because of the gym but all the gym machines were removed - they said for maintenance. I couldn’t take it anymore and didn’t want to change room again so i checked out one day earlier. Totally NOT RECOMMENDED! This is not 4 stars as it said, maybe i would rate it 1 star

The staff were helpful pointing me in direction of the Cho Dem So night market and airport transfers.
It was a noisy area both from the street at night and also hotel guests on both nights. The linen and towels is pretty old. The pool area is bland. No pool towels to use if you arrive early and are waiting for check in.

Location was alright. 9 min walk to the beach, lots of restaurants near by.
Rooms were dirty! The bed sheets looked like they haven’t been washed my partner talked me down and said it was in my head but then the next day on the other bed that we weren’t using we found blood stains!! I pulled back the covers and found long black hair strands and dirty bed bedsheets that clearly haven’t been washed after it’s been slept in. We also primary booked this hotel for the gym but when we got there they said it was under construction. They did have a couple machines upstairs on the 12th floor but the treadmill didn’t work, no ac or fan. We also rented a bike with them and they said if we were under 3 hours late then we would be charged for half a day (75k) which we were okay with but then we’re charged 80k. It’s only 5k but it’s more the principle… when we questioned the receptionist she just said it’s the way it is. Also 2 different people said it’s 75k. It was very weird.

Hotel is located far enough from the boulevard to not be disturbed by the noise
1. A lot of prostitution and drugs related activities in the lobby 2. Sea view is available with binoculairs 3. Rooftop pool in desperate need of restauration (very unhygienic) 4. After having forgotton laundry after checking out no reply and/or cooperation with sending to my home address (ignored) (offcourse at my expensis)

Nothing, glad we only stayed one night!
Our room wasn’t clean, they were stains on the bed sheet and the floors are dusty. Hotel is very outdated. Our bathroom sink was leaking. Gym equipments were not working.

The location was convenient; Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The beach was less than 10min walk away, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
The ocean view room did not match the photos; The ocean view was almost completely blocked by other buildings.
