We booked the Superior Family Room. We are a couple and the room could accommodate 4. We always like getting a larger room for the added space. The Superior Family Rooms have 4 choices and we were lucky to be able to have our pick and the front desk staff showed them all to us, Thank you so much for that. Each room is different and all were wonderful. The Staff was amazing and very friendly and accommodating. We stayed here for 3 nights and would stay again for sure. Everything in the room worked perfectly and was very comfortable.
We liked it all. No bad things to report.

Top location - quiet but still close to the center! Lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel, great garden with a pond and tons of flowers and plants. Our room had a balcony with an amazing view. Another highlight is the modern bathtub/whirlpool. Very helpful and polite staff :) Easy motorcycle rental.

It was a lovely experience , good and seren environment so , so cozy to have a chill out when you are back and tired from your holiday tour , thanks to Louis &, Aiden for always being at the point of service once you neede them I believe I will come back again , you can give it a try and I know a rial will convince you, thanks Dreams flower you guys rock ,DJ Epopsy

Everything was amazing. One of the best hotels I’ve stay in Vietnam. Staff were amazing. Luise especially was great! Plenty of amazing restaurants on the doorstep. Really nice room with comfy beds and amazing garden area to relax in!!! 10/10

Really helpful and friendly receptionists/ front desk staff. Very comfortable beds. Very nice inner courtyard and garden with a peaceful pond where you can sit quietly and listen to the birds and frogs. Located in a quieter area a short distance from the noisy center but still convenient. Fun cafe across the street with a very friendly dog.

The hotel was referred to online as having a breakfast restaurant, which it didn't. I wish it had been updated. But I was a great stay anyway.

The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious with a good shower. The garden space was excellent, and good for people to relax in.
The only downside is you are just out of the main town, so you either need your own transport, or to use Grab/ Taxi.

My stay at this hotel in Da Lat felt absolutely magical! The architecture and decor made me feel like a princess, and the beautiful garden added to the fairytale-like atmosphere. It’s truly a charming and romantic place, perfect for those who appreciate unique, elegant designs.
However, cleanliness could be improved. While the bed linens and towels were spotless, I noticed that surfaces weren’t thoroughly cleaned—when I wiped the bedside table with a wet tissue, it came away dirty. The same situation was with floor. It seemed like no one had done proper dusting or wet cleaning. Also, I wish they had provided hand soap, as there was only shower gel and shampoo. One small suggestion: it would be great to have "Do Not Disturb" and "Please Clean My Room" signs to make communication with housekeeping easier.
