The staff were great. The location was good. We could walk to the beach and several restaurants from the hotel.
The shower had very little water pressure.

This was a perfect location near to a wonderful beach. The staff was extremely pleasant! I forgot to get all their names but Whitney was a total darling and made sure we checked in comfortably! I interacted with two other beautiful ladies at front desk who helped me coordinate my trip. The facility was clean and very well mentained.
One of the rooms (103) had an odor coming from the sink, despite efforts from housekeeping to address the issue.

Staff could not have been more wonderful and helpful. Special shout out to Lorneil and Whitney. Their warmth, friendliness, and compassion went a long way for our family.
Room was a bit small and dark, and the blankets were quite thin.

The staff in the restaurant was not friendly at all. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was great. I just feel like it should be a wall separating the living room from bedrooms you can't hear bedroom TV playing while you are looking at TV in living room

The location on the seashore was idyllic on the water.
Whitney at the front desk was outstanding, helped me find someone to tour the island and was very easy to work with at checkin even before the assigned time. She arranged an airport taxi for next morning which arrived promptly.
One of the best seaside hotel locations one could hope for.
While the restaurant French Verandah was amazingly situated the woman at the entrance who seated me (Sun Jan 18 evening dinner) made sure I was at the only water-side table with a HUGE TREE obstructing the sunset view!! said other tables were "reserved". Seemed a bit hostile for no reason, the place was almost entirely empty.. For hours no one occupied those tables, then even another couple moved to a water-side table. Also I had ordered a fish roti and a vegetable roti but received a fish roti and a chicken roti (not vegetable), delicious nonetheless. These were minor staff behaviour issues compared to the heavenly sunset meal I enjoyed. Perhaps an opportunity for improvement, could learn from the incedibly welcoming hotel front desk.

Room was clean but needs updating. (except the bathroom had a gross yellow stain by the toilet.) there is no “beach” like in the pictures. A tiny piece of sand that isn’t used.
The restaurant staff could use some support - maybe another cook so food comes out hot and not waiting over 1 hour for food.

Great location on Villa Beach with beautiful water views. The food at the on-site restaurant, French Veranda, was tasty and well prepared, and the service was generally good. While some of the restaurant staff were more pleasant than others, Thomas stood out as exceptional—kind, attentive, and very accommodating.
The room was spacious, and daily housekeeping was provided. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful; Lornell and Whitney were a pleasure to work with.
Although the room was comfortably cool, the air-conditioning unit was somewhat loud.
The airport pickup taxi I reserved through the hotel did not work out as expected. The driver asked me to wait while he looked for additional passengers, even though it was not supposed to be a shared ride. I was able to find another taxi at the airport, where there appears to be an organized system for assigning passengers to waiting taxis. I would recommend confirming the fare in advance before committing.
There was also a lack of communication regarding New Year’s Eve celebrations at the on-site restaurant. While I likely should have asked in advance, I was surprised to learn that reservations were required and that no availability remained when I went for dinner. This was not a major issue, however, as there are several nearby restaurant options.

Centrally located near numerous restaurants. Hotel was well maintained. Good restaurant on the property. Parking available and not far from the airport.

The receptionist Whitney was so pleasant and wonderful. I am fairly sensitive and I gave her my complaints and it was dealt with very efficiently. Other hotel staff were a bit expressionless but not rude. Perfect location access to many restaurants along the board walk (do not go to young resort) hotel very peaceful.

It was a quaint hotel. Restaurant was nice. Staff in the office and wait staff/bartender were very nice. The pool was great and the sunset beautiful. We stayed 1 night on our way to a resort the next morning.
We only had 1 issue otherwise it was great. They had us charge to our room for drinks and dinner (2 couples, in room side by side). We went to bed and about 10:30pm - 11:00 pm they came banging on our door for us to settle our bill. It scared me. Then they went nextdoor beating on our friend’s door for same thing. That was not cool.

I think it was ok but too much of the same thing every day. There need to be more variety.
Also, on Booking.com it was shown as a four star hotel, this is way above what I believe it is-a one or two star hotel is more reasonable or accurate. Compare the Holiday Inn Express Hotel closer to the airport-this Hotel qualifies for a three or four star rating.
More variety in food and cheaper transport.
