Spacious rooms and excellent housekeeping staff.
Interior and furnishing can be upgraded to a more warm and modern style.
FB staff need to be more warm and friendlier.

Breakfast is very good, with a wide selection. Rooms are spacious. Hotel's location is also very convinient right in the city cente.
The only thing I didn't like is the fitness room equipemt which has to be renewed.

The hotel is very good, located right in the center of Tashkent, and I stay there often. The rooms are spacious, the bed is excellent, and the breakfast is great.
My only request to the hotel management is to install modern fitness equipment in the gym. Everything what is currently available is outdated and partially broken.

to add more variety of selections of breakfast so that international visitors would enjoy more choices. The hotel should have yellow/black tape on the edges of stairs so that visitors are aware.

We were given two connecing rooms automatically. The rooms were spacious. There is a sizable indoor pool and a gym.
The hotel looks old and tired. The Opera Cafe allows smoking and is not pleasant for non-smokers.
