I had to ask for towels several times and there was no hot water in the shower only for women. On the second floor shower where men go too was hot water.

Artistic and unique – a visually charming place to stay
Top Charm Hostel really stands out with its artistic and creative design. The guesthouse has a unique and colorful atmosphere that makes it different from standard hostels. If you appreciate quirky interiors and artistic touches, you’ll enjoy the environment here.
The location is generally okay – not right in the center, but well-connected and easy to reach most places in Tashkent. For a short stay or if you're looking for something visually inspiring, this place offers a unique experience.
Disappointing service and lack of order – not ideal for longer stays
Unfortunately, my experience at Top Charm Hostel had some drawbacks. The staff was just okay – not particularly helpful or friendly. I also noticed that the hostel lacked proper organization. Shared areas were sometimes messy, and quiet hours were not respected, which made it hard to relax.
In a pinch, for a night or two, it might work – especially if you just need a bed and don’t mind a bit of chaos. But if you value peace, cleanliness, order, and polite service, I’d recommend choosing another place.

I've stayed at this hostel multiple times, and every time I return, I know exactly why I keep choosing it. It's not just about the comfortable beds or the great location — it's the people that make this place special.
The staff are always kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. But what really makes a difference is the atmosphere created by both the staff and the guests. Every time I’ve stayed here, I’ve met interesting, friendly people from around the world.
This place is more than just a hostel — it's a space where you can rest, connect, and create warm memories. I always leave with a smile and look forward to coming back again.
Highly recommended for solo travelers and anyone looking for a positive, cozy vibe.
