nothing disrespect untrained staff manager Damiz the most disappointing person I met in Uzbekistan came at night wake us up and told us to go out as our booking was for the next day but we already paid the same day and stayed the other night also changed our room for cleaning and let us stay out for 30 minutes, disappointing disrespectful specially DAMIZ manager refused to shake hands with us came at night to kick us out and night day breakfast finished before 10:00 am
hate it made us not like Uzbekistan please avoid booking this place if you don’t want to be disrespected

The hotel staff were very helpful in attending to our needs and assisting us with our queries and requests. They provided useful advice on nearby attractions and food. Would love to visit again! The hotel owner even offered to give us a ride from the airport when we were having difficulty with transportation. Really had an enjoyable and very memorable time at Uzbekistan thanks to the hotel staff!

Breakfast is fine, but need to have some signs on a buffet as the fried eggs can be ordered from the staff, but it is not mentioned anywhere. Big thanks to Julia (housekeeper). She is the only person who always has a smile on her face and warm service.
The room is not set as per the announced package. Room2009 - no safety box, no fridge. Room3009 - no fridge.
No iron in the rooms and no self iron room provided. Can be ordered for additional cost at the reception. Hospitality standards are not presented properly and sometimes you have a feeling that you coming to somebodies home and you owe something.
