I had a truly exceptional stay at Swissôtel Tashkent. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
A special thank you to Ulbek, Inomjon, Javokhir, Diyor, and Elnura for their outstanding service. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made a real difference.
The rooms were immaculate — spacious, modern, and extremely clean. The housekeeping standards were excellent, and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt premium yet comfortable.
The location is also fantastic — convenient, accessible, and ideal whether you’re visiting for business or leisure in Tashkent.
Overall, a seamless and memorable experience. I highly recommend Swissôtel Tashkent and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.
AC was not able to be turned on do to winter time. Room can get stuffy if not used to sleeping in heat.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed — exactly what you expect from a high-standard hotel. Shortly after checking in, I noticed that the heating system in my room wasn’t working properly. I contacted the front desk, and the staff reacted immediately. Within minutes, a technician arrived, fixed the issue, and made sure everything was perfectly comfortable before leaving. Their quick and attentive response really stood out and made me feel genuinely cared for.
The elevators were a bit busy. There was a government event as we were informed at the Front desk.

I would highly recommend Swissôtel Tashkent for anyone visiting the city. Their hospitality is truly exceptional — from the warm welcoming at the entrance to the attentive service throughout our stay.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to every taste.
The hotel is also very convenient for travelers: it has an ATM machine on-site, and it’s only 10–15 minutes by car from Tashkent City Park and many other major attractions, which made getting around super easy.
Another great feature is that the bathroom is equipped with a bidet hose, which is very convenient and appreciated.
A special thanks to Mr. Komolddin and Mr. Sunnatullah for their extraordinary service with us. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated our stay.
Swissôtel Tashkent definitely deserves 5 stars, and I’ll gladly recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel staff at reception were excellent young, friendly, and very helpful. When I had problem with my luggage they contacted the airline and solved everything.
Breakfast was good and seemed varied, but quite heavy. Hot dishes lacked variety. There were Uzbek options, but they looked oily, so I didn’t try them. Overall, great service made my stay comfortable
