The location is close to Amir Temur squre (5 min) and two metro stations (Abdul Kodiry and Amir Temur), great breakfast (all type of eggs, variety of breads, meat and cheese, pastry and fresh fruit), all ammenities expected for this type of hotel, check in was sped up for us, large room - cleaned every day. Great bar at 7th floor, skyline and Hotel Uzbekistan visible.
It is more of a business hotel, here and there in need of some freshening up - downstairs bar somewhat dated. At the pool you cannot serve any drinks - would be nice, especially having also a nice terrace.

Everything. The hotel is extremely luxurious with very friendly professional staff. They were very helpful in giving advice and booking taxis. It was very well placed to get to the Metro.

* good meal at Sete Restaurant (lounge)
* acceptable payment are only USD-currency (shameless against European visitors)
* no bank in the area where you may change the currency
* unprofessional team at the lobby bar with a zero-service.
First you have to serve the drinks yourself & once they forget to charge you, the bar-crew runs behind you to the room for charging you the bill. Very funny to see
My advise to Hyatt: beter pay attention to the customers once they are at your bar, instead of running behing them after
To conclude: next time I will definitely avoid this place. Hilton is much more better to stay!

Best hotel in Tashkent. Lobby and facilities well appointed and clean, rooms confortable with nice bathrooms and products. Ate dinner at rooftop restaurant, excellent service (Victoria) and good food.

Even though I was not happy with my last stay, it is definitely a quality hotel above a certain standard.
t was my second stay at Hyatt Tashkent. Last one felt like they reduce the quality of the facility and definitely quality of the staff. They were rude and far from finding solutions.
