Great value for money. Big spacious room. Amazing Pool facilities. Friendly staff. Especially the receptionist Shakhbiz, he helped us a lot during our stay with our bags and local recommendations for restaurants and tourist attractions.
A little far from the city centre. The pool was not heated. Waterpark was closed and we weren’t made aware of that until we arrived.

no double bed as I requested. was rejected arrogantly saying that all the rooms in the hotel were with two single beds.
paid almost 40k more then it isnsaid on the website. another dissapointment.
no card payment for bar stuff.
definitely not coming back.

Bathroom needs attention: shower loose, showerhead is semi blocked ( water hardly runs out). Fridge should have at least water, cold drinks charged

The breakfast was really nice sometimes too many choice in regard to food. I really appreciate the staff every morning they made me feel home, trying to make my stay comfortable.
Sometimes it was hard to understand as my russian was very poor and i din't know uzbek language, sometime I wasn't sure about the sona policies, and hours if I could access everyday.

This hotel really was really amazing,, All the images they've uploaded are true and I highly recommend this hotel for long stays... Huge variety of food for Breakfast, all facilities are top notch.. It's worth every single penny...
