very large quiet room, very comfortable. Staff on reception were great, very helpful. Staff in bar were good, great expresso martini. Really good location near a large park. Rooms cleaned and restocked each day.
The indoor pool and sauna was lovely, used this every day. The outdoor pool area is quite beautiful with ten-like cabanas.
The lifts kept breaking down. There were 4 lifts, but 2 never worked, and occasionally one of the others stopped working. Breakfast was fine but the restocking would fall behind so ran out of things.

Location is great.
The front desk and kitchen staff are great.
Breakfast is wonderful, lots of verities.
Rooms are super clean.
We stayed at this hotel twice. The first time out of 4 elevators, only 1 worked. It was a disaster going up to the 14th floor, waiting for the elevator constantly, being late, getting stuck on almost each floor. And it didn’t seem they were in a hurry to repair them.
The second time 3 elevators worked with no issues. But for 4 nights we didn’t have a/c in our bedroom. I consistently reminded the front desk to send a technician. On the 3rd day someone finally showed up and made a conclusion that they need to call an electrician. It was Sunday and there was no electrician available that day. However, no one showed up on Monday either to fix it.
I think we deserve some form of a refund for all inconveniences.

Great location, wonderful staff, clean, amazing breakfast with lots of items to choose from.
The shower cabins are so small and narrow that you can’t bend to soap your body, and I am a regular size person, someone bigger won’t even fit in there, the door won’t shut, and water will be all over the marble floor which is then slippery, the bathrooms look fancy but not practical for use.
Out of 4 elevators in the hotel, only 1 worked during our stay. It was terrible trying to catch 1 elevator being on 14 floor.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. First of all, the internet connection was extremely poor and unstable, making it difficult to do even basic browsing or check emails. In today’s standards, a reliable internet connection is essential, and unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet that expectation.
Secondly, the breakfast was very underwhelming — limited options, low-quality ingredients, and not worth what was promised in the listing. I expected much better.
Lastly, I was charged for a half-day stay, which I found unreasonably high given the quality of service provided. The value for money was simply not there.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds comfortable. Air conditioning works well (apparently not in all rooms, though). Breakfast is included, with a rich selection.
The management and the maintenance of this hotel are more than disappointing.
Management: has apparently changed recently. Most staff do not know what they are doing, at check-in, payment processing, dealing with customers. Mostly they do not speak or understand English.
Maintenance: The hotel has 4 lifts, of which 2 are not working at all; of the other two, only one stopped on my floor. After a few days, both lifts developed faults: one would stop randomly, the other would not indicate floors. The manager confirmed that lift maintenance had been requested and would happen at the end of May. All lifts stopped working on the last day of my stay and I got accompanied by staff in the service lift (by then I had been moved to the top floor). Quite unacceptable for what wants to be a four-star hotel.
Noise. The hotel accommodates large tourist groups. Several sleepless nights caused by tourists wandering on corridors throughout the night, holding parties in their rooms. Reporting to reception proved useless. Eventually I got moved to another floor, same problem here with a different group.
I would advise against this hotel in the next few months if you wish to use the lifts. :)

The hotel location is perfect;
Sauna, swimming pool and gym area are good and comfortable.
- safe in the room was broken;
- no refrigerator while obviously enough space to install it;
- out of four lifts only two were operational. At a certain moment none of the lifts worked. This is a disastrous situation for a 15 floor hotel.
- a room with two beds is cheaper than a single bed option, but the beds are very uncomfortable;
- breakfast is poor
- the hotel requires renovation

Generally a very pleasant hotel. Perfect location, a nice lobby and restaurant, clean, large and well-furnished rooms. Didn't have a chance to use the pool and spa, but they also look very nice.
Staff is a disaster. AC wasn't working in my room, and after my several requests to check what's going on - nothing ever happened. Seemed like the guys at the reception never really understood that is was my sincere wish to have AC working, and not just some easy joke.
Also, in the evening before my early chek-out at 4am the next morning, I asked for a lunch box and a wake-up call. Of course, neither of them ever happened. The receptionist's comment was as simple as "Oh, I forgot, sorry".
WiFi was also barely usable in the rooms, very disappointing.

We chose this hotel because of the location and that it had 4 star rating, but I am afraid we will not return
Staff needs to be trained on hospitality. Room was not very clean, housekeeping staff will only change the towels, but carpets on the room were not cleaned. Being an ex hotelier I am usually understanding of some shortcomings, but some of them are just not acceptable. Breakfast was poor, every time we needed boiled water for the tea, we had to request for it. Staff overall were helpful, but service overall needs to improve.
