We stayed here for 12 days and absolutely loved it! The hotel is right in the city center but still quiet and peaceful.
Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is professional, kind, and always helpful.
Breakfast was different every day with a huge variety, and the hotel also has a nice coffee shop and great options for lunch and dinner if you prefer to stay in. Highly recommended!

The room and the facilities were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious and included many different options.
The only problem we had: the air ventilation system in the bathroom was absent or it did not work at all in our room (3001). While using the shower or the toilet it quickly becomes impossible to breathe in there. It has a fixed window - so the only option is to open the door wide and wait air to ventilate naturally. This is a big show breaker in Tashkent's windless hot weather.

The wifi did not work well in my room on the 5th floor. It was fine in the breakfast restaurant.
