The breakfast was great! Location was good as well
The room was mediocre. We had no coffee maker, had to ask for cups, and we had no blankets. The room needed some attention and was just functional. For the price we paid, I expected a higher-end hotel. The gym was missing weights, the air conditioning did not work, and it was just mediocre- again, I feel that is the perfect word for this hotel. Mediocre.

Comfortable and convenient. It's in a safe area at night with easy access to restaurants and the shopping center around the corner. It's just a few blocks from the river and Pocitos Beach. Has its own closed parking lot with direct access. Breakfast is standard for this category of hotel, well-stocked. The rooms are relatively well-maintained.

Wonderful
If you go with a car, the garage is very big, you will always be able to safety park your car inside the hotel.
Breakfast is exactly the same each day, perhaps they can surprise with a very little new item each day.

The location, the ample room with kitchenette, the breakfast buffet with mini alfajores. Our room was at the end of the corridor, looking towards the courtyard, which was nice and quiet, avoiding the busy main street.
The corridor is a C, going around the courtyard and there are no stairs at the end. For a canadian this feels a bit unsecured in case of emergency. But I know that the construction code in Uruguay allows it and I haven’t heard of this type of emergencies in the country.

The staff were very friendly and profesional, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good, with much more variety than some of the other hotels that I stayed at while in Uruguay. In short, I’d stay here again.
The mini fridge in my room wasn’t working, but it wasn’t a major problem. Reception staff sent a maintenance guy up immediately to check on it, and he offered to replace the fridge. Because I was only there for one night, I told him that it wasn’t necessary, but I was impressed that the hotel tried to solve the problem so quickly. Thank you!

Breakfast is very complete, the location is also excellent.
It's a pet-friendly hotel, so at 7 am the barking of a dog woke me up, I had to call the front desk, after some time it calmed down, 2 hours later it started barking again. If you're going for a rest, it's not the best place for that. Also, I think I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. They still haven't installed outlets next to the beds...

Helpful staff, good location, cleanliness, good room space and spotless bathroom. It was easy to wander around the city. Montevideo Shopping is at walking distance.
Capacity of A/C equipment is below requirements. We couldn’t get a comfortable temperature in the room. Breakfast was fine and abundant but not great. Mainly pastries and cold cuts. No hot food available.
