Pleasant
Location is key ; Also the suites are comfortable and pretty wide with good AC; Buffet breakfast was also a plus.
I think for long stays they should do better cleaning and do changes of sheets ; also the towels provided were of bad quality, look old and they seems ragged.

Very good continental breakfast. Quiet building. Excellent location.
The access to the lower level garage is a car elevator. It's too tight and at one moment the exit door didn't open. After the experience I parked the car on the streets around.

Wonderful
Everything was excellent. The hotel is very comfortable and perfectly located — just one block from the shopping mall, with banks, restaurants, and all services nearby, and only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The breakfast is plentiful, and the staff is very friendly. Definitely a great place to stay.

Breakfast was good.
Room was sub standard for a Regency. Beds were small and the room we stayed in was a little dirty and in need for a upgrade. Staff overall was great though!

Disappointing
The bed, room size.
The hotel is old, and breakfast was poor with no fresh fruits. A lot of pastries, which I was not interested in. It's rated as a 4-star hotel, but it's NOT. Except for the location, it should be a 2 - or 3-star hotel.
The price was too high for what it offers. The lobby and the restaurant are small. The facilities and the rooms are not clean enough. The restaurant staff are not nice.

Location
Disgusting smell, everything was dirty and poorly cleaned.
The bathroom had hair everywhere, the curtains were filthy, and the mattresses didn’t even have covers. There was a nauseating odor throughout the place. The parking only fits 3 cars and it’s almost impossible to get in or out. Not even a 1-star hotel would be this dirty. I have photos to prove everything and I want my money back.

The staff is very kind and helpful. It has parking space.
Almost all the equipment in the room was old. The floor of the bathroom was soft and weak, it felt very strange.

Friendly reception personnel. They are always responsive, friendly, helpful. Love the location, close to the shopping center and the rambla. There are great places to eat that are walking distance from the hotel and the breakfast is the best!!

I loved the Hotel location! It was close to Punta Carretas Shopping Mall and there were lots of options to have dinner and to buy some stuff. From the Hotel it was easy to go anywhere in Montevideo and it was also close to the beach. The WiFi was great and free. The room was enormous and comfortable.
When my family and I arrived at the hotel about 4:00 a.m. They told us that there was no more parking space for our rental car. For that reason, we would need to park about two blocks down the street at a Gas Station called Disa by ourselves at 4:00 a.m. My daughter is only 8 months old and besides all that it was raining that morning. I think that if they couldn't guarantee a parking space, they should provide someone to park my car in the right parking space. About breakfast, it was Okay, nothing out of the ordinary. The staff was a little rude and didn't try to welcome us well.
