Disappointing
The room was basic and satisfactory, but it was dark and the light next to the bed wouldn't work. Breakfast was convenient, not particularly delicious.
Dark room, location was less desirable than I realized when booking the room. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location with many restaurants/bars and shops just steps away. Very close to the port where I took the ferry to Buenos Aires. The breakfast was just good enough to get your day started.

Staff is incredibly helpful. We needed help with dates on our multiple reservations, they got us a last minute car rental. Also needed a corkscrew, floor towel, clean glasses. And had many questions about things to do in town. Some might look grumpy at first but when you chat with them they're very nice.
Location is the best. No other place has a location this like for this incredible low price.
We saved on time and money by having them arrange a car rental for us.
Room air conditioning worked great and they have a mini-fridge.
For this price, this was a good hotel. Would do it again.

No bath floor towel in room
Needed 2 extra tall glasses but we were limited to 2 at most in the room.
Breakfast lacked more fruit, vegetable and protein options. But it had a lot of sweet options (cakes, pies, cookies etc).
Room flooring was peeling off a bit probably from a water leak from the bathroom.

A very welcoming place to stay. Oscar greeted us at the front desk and was so helpful to us, providing guide on the garage to park our car safely. He gave us a large, comfortable room with a king bed. This hotel is very clean with good buffet breakfast. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Can accomodate a wide ranging check-in times. Friendly staff
The bathroom was marginally okay with some wore parts. Room was a bit small and the location wasn't that ideal.

Location and staff. Francisco went out of his way to help us with getting acquainted with the area. He also suggested a couple of great restaurants and set up a tour of the city. Breakfast was unusual but good-a lot more sweets than we are accustomed to.

Staff are so friendly and helpful even with my limited Spanish. Lovely dining area and buffet breakfast available. A good value option in a popular downtown area. Some of the rooms are well worn and need upgrades. WiFi good

Very old, broken, dirty, the room had trash inside and money on the bed. When I arrived they said I was not registered to do a check in (which I was)
