Great location, with a short walk to the Rambla walking along the Atlantic Ocean.
Beautiful view from the breakfast room.
Breakfast had much to choose from.

Wonderful
Location was great, close to beach, many restaurants, the big shopping mall. Had a nice variety of bikes to borrow. Also loved that breakfast went until 11am, plus a merienda 5-7.
Gym upstairs was a little neglected, but no big deal.

The shower was wonderful!!!! The bed was comfortable. The location had the beach close by and lots of buses available to catch. The barrio felt safe.
I did not like that bottled water was not easily available even though we were told not to drink the tap water.

The hotel and the room was very clean, even the floors on the room which isn’t common in Latin America. The stuff, especially evening shift worker (unfortunately I couldn’t remember the name) were very professional and kind. The hotel itself is very friendly, they offer bikes and beach chairs and towels for free. The area is good, the promenade is close as well as different cafes and shops.

The staff was absolutely incredible and location were absolutely incredible. Definitely the highlight. Rooms were a great size but very very outdated and definitely not a four star hotel. The bathroom smelled weird and the shower felt very old. The breakfast plates and silverware were not cleaned well either. Totally fine place but felt more like 3 stars than 4

This hotel is in a perfect area. It is at walking distance to the beach and many sights. Even though it's in a busy area, we had no issues with parking...if the hotel parking was full and we couldn't find street parking, there's a parking garage across the street, which was very convenient. Generally, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We were in a Quintuple room and it was large enough for all of us. We never felt like we were in each others way. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well.
The dining room was a bit small and at times, we had to wait for people to finish eating to get a table. We were there in the spring...so in the summer when the hotel is full, it must get very busy and the lobby must be full of people waiting for tables.

The location is great if you want to stay in Pocitos area for reasonable price.
WiFi was terrible in the room, probably when more people on the same floor were connected. Downstairs in reception area it was better. The bad WiFi is the only reason I would not book here again.

The included breakfast was fantastic! They lent me a bicycle with no charge and I could easily navigate the city--particularly along La Rambla. Bikes are respected and THE best way to see the city. The bike was a new Trek mountain bike--probably as good or better than my own personal bike. Everyone was SO nice. Highly recommended!
The elevators were slow? Pretty minimal critique.

Location ok. But room was old and sold as "penthouse suite" which it most definitely was not. Bathroom and patio ok

Well located. Friendly staff. Coffee and lemon water always available.
I recommend you take a power lead for all your electrical needs. We had to unplug everything to recharge our phones etc. Not impossible but inconvenient and we didn’t have much. No socket near my bed so I had my phone in the bathroom charging

The gym needs updating. You can't work out there with the current equipment and weights. The sauna is in a strange location and it's not comfortable to go there.
