The Pool was nice, the fact you can reserve the Jacuzzi
I would cover the pool in summer otherwise you can only enjoy 10 minutes of it or you will burn from the sun.

Front Desk Clerk spoke English and Spanish and was very helpful at check in. Room quiet. Bed comfy. Internet (wifi only in room) appeared slow when running a speedtest but actually able to manage most basic online video calls and regular browsing functions. Would not be strong enough for online gaming. Room service was fantastic - very cordial and professional and the restaurant food is exceptional - the pork roast, salads and cheesecake were all 10/10! The gym and pool are small but clean and nice. You can reserve time to use the sauna and hot tub if you wish. Free use of bicycles to explore around. They kindly stored our luggage until check in time as we were early.
As it is a 'business' hotel, I would expect the option of wired ethernet ports in the rooms for faster internet needed for remote work or any substantial multimedia internet use. Everything else was awesome.

The hotel has no policy regarding noisy parties in the rooms at night, so no measures to enforce order are taken. There was loud music all night long in the room next to us, and nobody did much to mitigate the problem.

I honestly liked the staff. They were very helpful And quick to resolve any issues.
The hotel itself is old and outdated so the facilities were what really disappointed me. Ten toilets were not flushing properly so it regularly clogged. The bathroom was extremely small and the taps were not woking properly. There were some cracks in the tiles that were hideous and made the bathroom look dirty even though it was clean. Even the mattress and pillows felt like they were try to get every remaining ounce of life out of it.

The room was big and had a nice view to the WTC of Montevideo
Thanks to the nice wether I could enjoy the rooftop solarium and swimming pool
Although the room was spacious it lacked a comfortable armchair to relax and read inside

The room and bed were good. But the gym was really bad, and small room with 2 old treamill y some dumbbells. There is no Spa, just the rooftop pool, with cold water. The breakfast is not included.

Everyone was very helpful especially those that worked in the restaurant. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety not just cereal and fruit but bacon, sausage, scrambled egg and a variety of potatoes. The seafront is close for a brisk morning walk and very little traffic noise. The room was well appointed and water replenished in the fridge daily.
