Beautiful and comfortable.
Breakfast was OK, not very special. Staff were very friendly, but didn’t go out of their way to meet our requests.

It is stunningly, elegant. It was a beautiful home converted into a small boutique, hotel surrounded by expensive homes in a residential neighborhood. Very special.

The house, the location, breakfast and the kind staff.
The bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn’t close the room properly, odours , noise and vapour come out and into the bedroom. The parking space is small, had to move other cars to get ours out.

Very nice swimming pool and garden. Room was big and clean. Area is probably best of Montevideo with many restaurants and the beach just few meter away
Request to leave the kitchen in the room clean (not decently clean, but clean) to avoid extra charge. Water cooker was old and rusty.

Very Good
This is a truly beautiful building with very friendly and helpful staff. It’s also rich with culture as there are often film crews carrying out duties for their latest dramas. I highly recommend at least a weekend here as it’s a great location with great shops, cafes, restaurants nearby and the boulevards full of trees meeting in the middle are spectacular. Also, very near the airport and not too far from Montevideo city.
I’ve stayed in several rooms. I much prefer the garden room.

The hotel is like a Manor, very impressive as you walk in the front door which its classic heritage style, the property was well kept and maintained.
As its an old house, we didn't realise until it was too late that we had no electricity in the bathroom, so we couldn't use the spa, the hairdryer etc, even charge our phones. A real shame as that's why the rating we give us below 10!
