The desk staff was very helpful answering questions about the hotel, restaurants, transportation, and surrounding area. Room was clean and well organized with water in the mini-fridge. The elevator is vintage.
Questionable characters sleeping in doorsteps next door.

Breakfast is really good. Including various types of eggs. Free coffee available all day. Location is excellent. Parking is inside the hotel, really convenient.
Room is a bit of old but according to its value.

Good overall,specially the lounge and breakfast at ground floor. All is very clean.Staff is responsive and a special thank to Mikaela (her English is great) who was very helpful to me.

This is a very relaxing, comfortable place to stay. Quite old fashioned and with very helpful staff (including questions before arriving), and a very comfortable room.
Not something I 'didn't like' but the outside appearance is a little tired and shabby - it doesn't do the hotel justice in my opinion.

Good location of the hotel, possibility to visit many places on foot. Breakfast was ok. Internet for chatting/checking www was ok. It was clean in the hotel and in my room. Clean bed linen and towels. Friendly service.
I was told "please wait just a moment", but the check-in process was absurdly long. I could go eat something at that time... I was tired and hungry after long trip to Montevideo.

The lady in the front desk was and professional Evelisa She needs more experience with customer service . My reservation i ask for a king bed and the give me two twins " I'm very disappointed the customer services in this hotel .

Price for hotel type Breakfast nothing special, but acceptable. Few fruits on Sunday and Monday (it could be something punctual) Renovated and new bathroom but with a bad basin-shaped sink you end up wetting the entire countertop Sewage smell in the bathroom. You have to keep the door closed.

The location was amazing, we could do everything by foot and it was near a lot of restaurants as well, very secure area. The breakfast was amazing and they helped us find taxis, activities and even the new year party.
There was no room service for food. It was december so I got it because its a holiday but it would be nice to have some food we could ask on the room.
