Well located. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good closet space. Very friendy staff. Offers a free cup of coffee from the machine at the lobby.
The bathrooms still need to be redone. However the hotel is undergoing renovations.

The bed was comfortable, and the sheets and towels were clean. The hotel is adequate if you're catching an early bus or arriving late—it's best suited for just one night.
The neighborhood is not very nice, and you need to be cautious at all times, especially at night. The room itself could use some maintenance and updating.

Clean and conveniently located.
It is not possible to make a reservation with other person’s credit card, even if hen that person was my brother, so I was in anguish until I arrived there, afraid there would not be a room available.I was supposed to get a discount, never did. The hotel used to have breakfast included, not anymore and they charge USD 10.00 for it. The shower has rusty towel racks, the shower head did not produce a satisfactory and the pipe was greenish. Very good magnifying glass though, very big. The aircon unit leaked and the TV was small for a 4-star hotel. The room in general looked old, tired. Nothing in the minibar.

A solid option for a short stay in Montevideo. The hotel is simple but clean, has all the essentials, and the staff at reception are friendly and helpful! It’s easy to find and conveniently located. If you’re planning to stay in the Tres Cruces area, this is a great choice.

As close to bus station like most of bus station it attract in evening a homeless so need a bit cautions but all was good .

Great location. Clean. Parking was secure and much improved.
Room was too perfumed which my wife did not like
We had to open the window for a few hours, in the winter, to air it out. The remote control for the heater needed new batteries.

The room was good, beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and the cleaning OK.
Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful, they provided us some indications and suggestions on places to visit.
Also they gave us 2 courtesy coffees from the machine and a cup because the hotel was under refurbishments.
The room heating was not enough, the room had an old air-conditioner with cold and hot modes but it was too old, maybe that's why it was not working properly.

Bathroom was tiny. Friday night other guests on my floor were drinking and loud till at least 1am. Hotel staff member did nothing. Mattress was very hard.

The rooom was exacrly as it showed in the picture, it was very close from the station and there is a mall with a supermarket inside. The bed was comfy and clean.
I think they can make their breakfast affordable, also the curtains of the bathroom need to be fixed.
