Such personable and lovely staff. It felt super clean and safe and not to mention gorgeous older architecture. Great coffee shops around the corner and you can smell the jasmines in the breeze coming through the bedroom windows ?
The mattress I was on felt particularly thin. Not sure if it was just mine. It was not a problem for me though

Really nice vibe, Lucas at the front desk was so nice. He actually upgraded us to a private form which was super sweet. Also you can pay bay card with no fee.

This hostel is cool - staff were friendly and helpful, the air conditioning in the room was great, and necessary as I visited during a heatwave. I loved the aesthetic of the place - exposed brick walls etc. Nice lounge area and table and chairs on balconies overlooking the street. Excellent location and great value in one of South America's most expensive cities.
There are only 2 bathrooms, which means that sometimes you need to wait to use them (not a long time, but just a bit). Also, my bed was a little saggy in the middle - I felt that while I was sleeping.

As it says it’s a house, so very small and quaint place. Clean with very friendly staff. They do barbecues occasionally and it’s a social place. Highly recommend

The construction is pretty, but it need a lot of fix in the interior of rooms, baths and kitchen
I booked 2 beds in a mix room, but when I arrived doesn’t had a bad in the same room with my friend. I needed to stay in a female room and him in a mixed room. In the second night there was 2 elderly man sleeping in the same room of mine, the feminine room. I didn’t understood why separate us.

It is a old house so it is different Hot showers Close to bus terminal and park rodo
The location is 20 mins walking to tres cruzes bus terminal and park rodo and the nacional art musuem but 45 mins walk to see the old town where the main sights are. It was freezing in hostel in bathrooms and dorms, i was there in winter but they only turn on the heat in the dorms at night The kitchen is small and there really isn’t a good place to eat There were 3 lockers for 6 beds, so not sure how that works The front door is the biggest issue, instead of having a button at the desk and buzzing you in, every time you have to press buzzer and someone has to walk downstairs and use a key and let you in. Then when you want to leave you have to do the same thing, someone has to walk you out.

Dirty. The volunteers and the person who was looking after the place only think about partying and interfere with the guest in a very rude manner

Such a beautiful place! This hostel is absolutely stunning and our room was amazing! The locations is great, really close to an amazing cafe and bars. The staff were extremely friendly and the moving space was a real comfort, can’t recommend this place enough, amazing!
The only down side is there are only two bathrooms for the whole hostel which created a bit of a queue in the mornings.
