Staff was great. Friendly and helpful.
The hotel feels a bit outdated and appears to be behind on maintenance. It also fails to establish a 'feel'. Does it want to feel like a party hotel? Does it want to feel like a classy hotel? The wifi provided is so slow that we ended up using phones as hotspot instead.

Poor
Too loud, not truly clean and not comfortable. I tried changing the room to get some piece of mind during the night, but I was only offered a room in another floor at the exact same location next to the elevator. Only the floor changed, nothing else. Or at least I got further away from a barging dog, which was a bit better. I had specifically asked to be away from the elevator, but this was not even considered. I had to go to the reception multiple times for the same request, which was confirmed from one representative but then the information wasn’t passed on to the next representative so I had to start all over again and in the end, no solution was available to offer. It was frustrating. I had a truly bad experience staying at this hotel for 13 nights and not be able to have a proper sleep. On top of that, the towels were occasionally delivered dirty and in a bad shape, the sockets were not working properly and last and extremely frustrating, I arrived after a long day of business meetings to my room only to find that the door was left unlocked by the staff. In short, the only nice thing to say is the location. Even the coffee machine that made me happy at the beginning, was left with no coffee and cups some days, so lost that joy too. I am not recommending this place to anyone travelling for business and looking for a 4* experience.

Pleasant
Location is great. Quiet neighborhood, safe, near plenty of restaurants. Breakfast is very good. Gym has enough equipments for a short stay.
The hotel is new, but the facilities are not great. The curtains in my room closed only half way and the staff weren’t able to address the issue.
