The location is good. The hotel is walking distance to stores and restaurants.
The room we stayed in is outdated and worn. Carpeting is torn and worn out.

The location was good compared to where I needed to go.
The room was infested with ants. Instead of offering me a new room, they sent someone to vacuum. The ants were still there after that. This is unacceptable service. I requested a refund and have not heard back.

It smells and feels a bit old. Initially we were put in a room at the very back of the property - which the rooms are totally different - small and secluded. Thankfully they were able to move us into the main hotel…which was better but still not great.
