Breakfast had good variety. Nice feature of location is that there is a brewery/cafe just a short walk behind the building, great for dinner when one is tired.

Super clean rooms and comfy beds! The shampoo and conditioner was amazing, I want to buy some for at home. The breakfast was delicious!
Paid wifi, my room was changed to a smaller bed to accommodate a big group, but they made up for it by giving me bonus Marriot points.

Great location as a home base for visiting the Yakima area. It's right off of I-82, so easy to find and easy to access the highway. Walking distance to dining & shopping. Good sized room.
The shower water pressure was pretty weak.

Bed was nice sized.
I checked into the front desk, and they said they didn't need my card since I booked through booking. They charged my card a damage deposit. Didn't say anything. No warning on bookings website.
Wasn't anything on their website either.
Ac didn't work. Pool wasn't heated. Hot tub had been removed.
I spoke with the front desk upon check out and was told that they would speak with booking and see if they could get my room rate lowered to 149 instead of 179...... Won't be returning......

Good breakfast food. Staff at breakfast area is doing a great job! Comfortable pillows, and it's quiet.
HVAC/heater unit did not work in my room.

Clean, great pillows and bed, great breakfast, coffee was awesome with real half and half. Great location for us.
We stayed 3 nights and the whole time the trash can outside the front door was overflowing with garbage. Obviously someone didn't know it was their job to empty it. I'm sure it was remedied short after we left.
It stood out to me because it seemed unusual for this property.
