It smelled, it was dirty, I killed at least 6 cockroaches, no batteries in smoke detectors and the door had one tiny dinky lock. Did I mention the roaches. Just don't it's not worth the 60$

- rude receptionist - I had to stay outside(!!!) for ~10 mins (!!!) while checking in at the cold - loud fridge, disturbed my sleep - the whole area looks unsafe - no breakfast despite it has been advertised, even no breakfast room

worst hotel I ever booked. went to check the assigned room, a large garbage bag was right in front of the door. The room was dark, the smell was so bad that my husband & I immediately left. We would rather sleep in the car. I Requested refund!

The owner of the place comes up to my room to tell me to leave immediately because it smelled like drugs, accusing me that I was a drug addict, at no time in my life have I used drugs. It was a horrible stay, I do not recommend the place.

I was so shocked by the property that I chose to leave without staying. The property is in a slum and is in disrepair. I checked out my room, turned around, and left - I saw exposed wiring and a moldy bathroom; people living there (sign of skid row); a room next door was being cleaned and the mattress had the sheet off - it had holes in it and was basically trash. The manager refused to refund the price of the room. I feared for my safety, so I left anyway. The dump should never have gotten a 3 star rating. Negative stars, in my opinion. DO NOT RESERVE THIS PROPERTY!!!

We don't stay there, because when I arrived the front desk lady was sleeping and she woke up angry and started yelling at us, she was very rude and wanted to eat at us, terrible women I don't know how she is working in customer services.

The new owners were super cool. Im not from Yakima and my husband was a little worried about the area but the owners assured us everything would be fine and it was! I did feel like they actual cared and kudos for taking over and changing things.

The staff was rude. Very rude. The room was stinky like mold and mildew They charged me $20 each for both my support dogs. The room was dirty my brother found garbage under the beds and behind the TV. The shower wouldn't work had to use a cup to shower with.
I didn't like any of it. But mostly the RUDE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE. Laughing at me behind my back . I have stage 4 cancer and they didn't care PUT ME ON TOP FLOOR WHEN I ASKED FOR BOTTOM FLOOR.
