It was 360 from two years ago, security was at 100, 2 years ago, it was a huge problem. It is a pet friendly hotel as well
It is old but semi-kept, lighting is a little old, many lights and switches do not work

Paint chipping off the walls. Strong musty odor. Mold in the corner of the room. Tiles chipping off in the bathroom. Stains on the walls, pillows, bed, etc. Towels were dirty as if they had just been put back on the shelf and not washed.

Price was good.
The staff was very rude. The room was dump, there was mold in the bathroom and in the dresser drawer. The A/c didn't work properly, and the bath tub drained very slow when you take a shower.

I received a message at 6 saying I had a credit card issue. By the time i called at 645 pm my room was gone. This occurred on a night where every hotel in Yakima was full, there were no rooms available.

Everything. The most unsanitary place I have ever been to the fridge was damaged. There’s cobwebs all over the walls. There’s nasty brown and red stains on the ceilings. The bathroom light didn’t work. The door handle didn’t work. Our keys didn’t work. There were stains on the sheets and the windows, the window didn’t even have a screen so if you have children, I would not recommend as they could easily fall out the window very unsafe the heater smelled so bad. We thought it was gonna catch fire so I had to turn it off and was freezing the next morning. The telephone was completely broken and didn’t even have a cord to attempt to use it. The door was tagged with gang graffiti the tissues were weren’t provided. There was no coffee pot provided. I was worried to even go down and attempt breakfast as this room itself was so insanitary. I didn’t even wanna trust their equipment. They refuse to give me my money back and told me they would do all the fixes. There were so many issues we couldn’t even fully check into our room until 8:30 PM. The light in the bathroom didn’t work I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. There was also a man right out in the open grinding marijuana and smoking it right in the parking lot from the back of his jeep, there were homeless people and tweakers walking around the facility. This place needs to be shut down.

NOT PET FRENDLY. NOT HANDICAP/DISABLED ACCESSIBLE OR EQUIPPED AT ALL. WIFI is insecured, and dangerous, my security suite warned me to stay out. Viciously rude staff. Many hidden costs and fees. MOLDY, FILTHY ROOMS AND AIR, BAD ODOR. WORN TORN DIRTY MATTRESS, NO BLANKET OR MATTRES COVER, DIRTY SHEETS AND PILLOWS. NO PLACE TO HANG CLOTHES, TOWEL RACK FALLING DOWN. In addition to paying for a pet in my room, I was billed, after the fact, $100- for having 2 in my SUV. My "cheap" $ 49-room cost me more than 185 dollars to get sickened by the filth, and I was so stressed from the treatment that I couldn't sleep. NO FREE BREAKFAST ADVERTIZED ON SITE. Exterior was filthy also. Vomit, urine, food waste, trash built up on stairs made them hazardous, as well as, disgusting, couldn't use the handrails because they were gummy with dirt accumulation.

I was turned away, as soon as I arrived because I had not ‘reserved more than 24 hours ahead’. Even though bookings had clearly given me A confirmation number and charged my visa. Their website does not indicate any of these limitations. So that “don’t pay until you get there” is a bit of a problem, isn’t it? Never again!
