Big spacious room for the suite.
No elevator, I had knee surgery, it was hard to walk upstairs as all suites were on 2nd level. We had 1 window that was over 5 feet high, we could not see outside. Full Kitchen came with no cooking pans, dishes, cups or silverware, washing towels

It's a location
Pretty much everything else. I got so fed up with having to go down to the desk five times I left. I never spent the night. And the rooms were disgustingly dirty. I want my money back.

Everything! We were just an hour from home for a concert. The staff were all so kind, the room was incredibly clean, and breakfast was delicious! If another opportunity comes up, we would stay there again!

I was charged twice on my credit card for this reservation. I have contacted them and they say they don't have a double charge, but it is on my credit card. They were to send me my receipt, but have not received it to date. Booking.com needs the receipt to look into the double charge.

They charged us$ 31.67 extra after we booked online and they said its deposit and will return Bach to account while after our driver get out there they hold $1.67 for no reason cuz when we asked they told room was ok and no problem

The only thing I liked was the evening fd agent. No name tags, so I have no idea, but she was very patient and could handle multiple people,tasks, and situations at once without getting frustrated. She wasn't smiling, but not a grumpy jerk like a.m lady!
It is dirty. Bed had crumbs, mattress pad hairy and blood? stains.Surfaces dusty. Garbage in the can under sink.Gross.Hard to be comfortable when other guests follow you down the hall and watch you go in your room.
