For a post-pandemic environment of staff shortage and higher expenses, I thought this hotel was actually quite good. The room was very clean and nicely appointed and the staff were very friendly. I was a hotel GM for 25 years, including for Marriott.
Other than location in a sketchy area, no! Keep up the great work with cleanliness and staff friendliness.

The hot tub was so chlorinated my kids could barely breathe in there. The pool was warm tho so that was nice!

The hotel was relativey clean. Bed comfortable; good linen and towels. Do not like that you sink is outside of the bathroom. Curtains also do not close all the way...fake curtains.
1. The location is in a rough area of the town; many vagrants and unhoused people who were attempting to pan handle as well as sell illicit items. 2. We specifically asked or a quiet room. There were multiple children screaming and running unattended

The staff was helpful , the rooms were well kept , the pool is open 24 hours and the breakfast is delicious!
