The staff at breakfast were superb in customer service. The lady whom I believe to have been in charge was so helpful both in helping me prepare my early morning coffee as well as preparing a nice breakfast for my wife and myself.
The young lady who checked us in, Paige was her name was very helpful in recommending a place to eat nearby and as well, offered us a discount card for 10% to use. Very knowledgeable young lady and excellent customer service.

We had an "outside" room. The lobby let us walk all the way through the hotel and out the door to find our room, instead of just saying "you can park around the building and you will be right in front of your room."

We enjoyed the "family-owned" feel of this hotel. Lots of holiday decor all over, which felt cheery. The coffee machine in the lobby was a fun discovery -- nothing like a free and tasty cappuccino in the mornings! The front desk staff was cordial and always helpful. Our room was adequate and very clean. Small bathroom, but totally fine for our needs. All in all, it was great and we'd stay there again. Being so close to Outback Steakhouse was also a bonus!
The hours for breakfast were a little early for us. Perhaps consider being open until 10?

Room was clean, location was good. Breakfast was great. Staff were all nice but Melissa and Brent at breakfast were amazing!
Pillows were uncomfortable and the toilet doesn't even like to flush toilet paper,

The overall property was fine. The bed was comfortable and seemed cleaned.
The hotel claimed it was pet friendly but upon checking in we were told that dogs are not allowed in their courtyard with grass. Dogs are also not allowed to be left in a crate in the room otherwise they are removed and given to the pound at your expense. The surrounding areas to take our dogs out are covered in stickers and goat heads making it uncomfortable for them to go outside. The options to take them out are in the smoking area that is littered with cigarette buds or along a busy road with 4 foot wide grass. The bathroom is very small and hard to open the door as it’s 4 inches from touching the toilet. The shower had hair in it that was not from us.

The breakfast was good, but they could change a little the menu for each day. But it was good. The staff was just marvelous, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean.m
The room were small. More control with guests behaviors in the pool area.
