The room and linens were filthy. What were supposed to be clean towels had black footprints on them. The comforters covering the beds were stained as well the floors were so dirty our feet turned black.

Location and helpfulness from the office staff.

I stayed in a larger room than I had expected. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and very nice. The microwave and refer worked well.
The heater in my room had a bit of a rattle, but it still worked ok.

Disappointing
Cleanliness of the room was poor.
Bed sheets were stained and comforter had cigarette burns in it.
Breakfast didn’t happen because at 15 mins past the start time the office was still locked and no one was answering the after hours phone.

The room was quiet and had been upgraded fairly recently. There was a coffee pot and ingredients for one pot of coffee.
Breakfast was a grab and go. There were no containers to put it into. There were not any grab bars in the shower or near the toilet. Also no towel racks other than the one you took the fresh towel from. The coffee pot had to be moved to a location with a pug-in.

Nothing!
Upon checking into the room, the floors were filthy and hadn't been cleaned. The room smelled heavily of mold and was masked by a terrible deodorizer. We then checked the beds. All three beds had stained sheets that had dirt, crumbs and hair from whoever had last stayed. The bathroom was not clean, there was urine all over the floor. There were lots of cobwebs throughout the room. We were so disgusted that we had to quickly pack up and find another place to stay. Young Kim, the property manager is not cooperating as he said he would for a refund. I do not recommend staying here and if you do, check the cleanliness before getting in the beds! I wish I had taken more pictures but we were in a hurry to get out of there.
