Everything was fantastic. Hotel is right next door to the grocery store- a very nice one that has an outdoor space. Located downtown so you have access to a lot within walking distance. Room was cozy and tidy. Management is kind and helpful. Two thumbs up.

Very helpful and friendly front office people. Clean and well kept premises. Awesome location. The pool looked great - but we didn't mae use of it.

Our room was awesome. Extra towels were cheerfully provided and when we couldn't locate the TV remote a substitute was quickly located and brought directly to our room for necessary programming. We loved that the A/C was on prior to arrival.
The office smelled like cigarette smoke, which was off putting. And the grab and go breakfast was on the sparse side

At 7:40 the office wasn't open yet for breakfast . The Pool was nice . Clean. Refreshing at 112 f . Ice machine a bonus. New renovations very nicely done. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast at 7:00. A fan in the beautifully renovated bathroom. No fan made for a stinky room. Couldn't open window at 112 f.

The staff was super friendly and nice, my kids loved the pool. We where able to bring our pup along on our family adventure so that was super nice. The beds where comfortable and the rooms where nice.

I loved the location for my purposes. I only saw one staff member, the front desk clerk. He was awesome. He was very informative and very personable. His restaurant recommendations were perfect.
The bath towels were barely larger than a hand towel and thin but served the purpose. Office hours were a bit late starting at 8AM. Hence the Grab and Go breakfast could not be picked up until 8AM. I was already an hour down the road. The Downtown Inn charged me the regular rate which was $10 more than Booking.com said would be charged.
