Bathroom was filthy. We wouldn’t even shower there. Something brown smeared on the walls and there was dried blood on the door frame
Cleanliness. The bathroom was gross. My heat didn’t work and the extra blankets that we could use were all stained

Great location being walking distance from many good restaurants and shopping! Great price, new management are very nice too
I certainly hope they continue to update all the rooms. I caught them while in the middle of updating rooms. So hopefully cleaner bathrooms and bigger toilets are in the future of this place.

Roomy. And has a comfortable atmosphere..
The bathtub lining is damaged, and the showerhead is dirty. . And The ice-making machine is hazardous and filthy.

The curtains were hanging off the curtain rod, and the smell of the room was not good.
The picture I saw when I booked the room was very misleading. It was a rundown motel, and wasn’t a safe feeling being there.
Couldn’t get anyone on the phone at booking.com, so we left.

It was not clean, the room smelled of mold. The shower didn't work properly. You could tell it was a very old building that wasn't kept up very well.
Your photos were deceiving as were your ratings. This should have been half the price and represented as a 2 star motel at best.

The only reason we chose to stay here were the reviews - so I have to dispute this and be honest. I am not sure who would have ever given this anything but a scathing review. There is a sign that says under new management, but it has a very long way to go to even be a 1 star. The staff does not speak English; our room was sparse with bedding and towels; the air conditioner did not work; toilet leaking; mirror disgusting; but the worst part was our door did not lock and we didn't realize it until the morning after our first night. We could push open the door from the outside because the door had clearly been kicked in and the jamb was destroyed. We saw it, but assumed the locking mechanism was still effective. So we were exposed all night and during the times we were not in our room, anyone could've walked in. I mentioned to office staff and they were not concerned in the least. We had to contact Booking in order to refund our 2nd night. DO NOT STAY HERE. There were also some nefarious characters that appear to be living there. Felt totally unsafe.

The bed was comfortable. What had been updates looked nice. Air conditioning worked well.
Paint peeling from the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. Clearly a water leak from above with little to no repair. A sink, no pedestal. Shower was very old and dated. Pillows were flat

Wont go back. staff not friendly. Paid a 100 deposit on top of room charges, was told it would be refunded the next morning upon check out and it wasn't not. Called them 2 days later they said it'll take a week to refund. Room was not clean! Unpleasant
