The room is nice, clean, nice smell in the room. Breakfast is standard, nothing special, but that's expected. We like staying in this chain of hotels. They have a great location when you are on the road and need to stop for the night. And the rooms are just great for the price.
I don't like breakfast without vegetables, not enough variety, but it's standard for hotels. But these are my personal preferences. In general, there are no minuses.

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, great staff. Staff member even shoveled around the cars when it snowed so people would slip.
Toilet floater needs adjustment in our room: did not keep us awake but could another customer and wastes water.

Breakfast was excellent. Check in was easy.
They other guests were loud. Letting their children run up and down the halls well past quiet hrs. Stomping around. (Will not choose 1st floor again) talking loudly in the hallways in large groups. The hotel should post quiet times and remind all guests (especially large groups).
More blankets, the heating/cooling system was terrible

Clean, comfortable, easy access to Leavenworth by car.
Weird smell in the room. Breakfast was very short during the weekday, not much choice and staff was a bit unfriendly. They wouldn’t even let you take a yogurt if it was one minute over breakfast time.

We liked the room, the included hot breakfast, and the amazing affordable rates!
We didn’t like how small the bathroom was, and how the door was positioned to where you couldn’t open it with someone in there. The toilet didn’t flush very well, maybe a plumbing issue? Also the road noise was quite loud.
