Comparatively cheap, clean, didn't smell like smoke, internet (Wi-Fi) access.
NOISY part of town right by busy railway with trains running all night and noisy vehicle traffic. Bring earplugs. Few frills. Tiny bars of soap.

Staff was friendly, rooms were pretty good, clean, big, etc.
People fighting, didn't trust car left alone, they said security was on site. Not once did I see any.. we stayed before and enjoyed it, but not so much this time. Don't think we will be back unfortunately.. uncomfortable feeling, stayed one night and was happy to leave. I usually don't complain. But.. let's clean up things around there. ( rif-raf around too) Then maybe I'll return.

I liked that it was close to the hospital
It was right next to the train tracks, they kept me awake all night. The room was way outdated, old spring bed, looked like indoor/outdoor carpet that was worn down to almost nothing. Extremely small bathroom, for a bigger guy I could not access the shower. And the walls had several obvious repairs to them. And the curtains were disheveled.

I couldn't reach the front desk when my arrival time was approved and there was a stranger who did not work there that approached us and out car and made us very uncomfortable

The front sliding window wouldnt lock which was distressing. The condition in other ways was poor
