Charming building structure, friendly and helpful employees.A great restaurant, dining on the outside patio, morning newspaper and coffee. The feeling of safety. An overall pleasant hotel for all ages.

The room was amazing and clean. The bed fantastic.
The pillows were horrible. Lumpy, unsquishable. I didn't sleep well as a result. Hardly at all. Invest in pillows that allow you to mold them into a form that is usable. Next time we'll be bringing our own. Other than that we had a great stay.

Close to where we needed to be. Full-sized gym we were able to use. Staff was great.
Parking's across the street & over a block- there are homeless around. Didn't know I was going to be charged $14/day. Room wasn't really that nice for a hotel rated 4 stars. Swimming with my child was practically impossible due to their rules/our schedule

Parking instructions were not clear. After 9 pm, must get buzzed into hotel to check in. Parking garage is a block away from the hotel, no valet service available.

Love the Spokane club. Great location and front desk staff. Super comfortable rooms with nice tubs and beds. Bar and restaurant can be hit and miss depending on who's working, but food is consistently good. Awesome coffee shop!

Disappointing
The hotel was beautiful and front desk person was nice.
It was not made clear that parking was two blocks away. I had to walk at night with my luggage and 4 year old girl in the dark and not in the bestbof neighborhoods. I live the proximity to the arena but would not have booked based on the parking and safety risk to me and my daughter. Also, the shampoo and soap bottles had been used before and residue on them, the furniture was dusty, and the freezer had no door and was packed with ice.

I loved the location of the hotel and it's historical building. The staff was friendly but refused to refund us because of the blood and bugs we found in the bed. My husband and I both have big bites from our stay there.
The hotel sheets had blood on them. There were also three bugs we found in the bed. Dirty napkins on the floor in the corner. The room looked nice but was very dirty. Blood on bed sheets is not ok and a healthy hazard.

I did not see that there was a place for breakfast, there may have been one, but I did not see it, nor did I see a bar to get a drink. Room was near the more busy street so some street noise, but overall quiet enough.
Unable to control room AC to get the room cooled, and window was bolted closed so could not open it. Would have preferred a more firm mattress.

Booked a king room, got a queen. Said I would pay at location, they charged my card in full the morning before we checked in. The room/furniture was about 30 years old but the picture on the website was a fresh modern room.
