Madison Inn is the prime spot when you have medical appts in Spokane. It’s always welcoming, super clean & the breakfast is great!

I have stayed at the Madison inn twice now. It is near Sacred Heart hospital and out of the busy section of Spokane but near enough to do/get anything you want. The location is really nice for this. The rooms are clean and quiet. The only drawback during the summer is it doesn't have a pool, however, you can use the pool at their other property by showing your card. You do have to drive to get to restaurants but there is a couple within walking distance but they were very busy.

Room was nicely appointed and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location near but not too close to the Freeway was perfect for us.
The only complaint was the air conditioning system. It was very noisy as it cycled on and off in maintaining a comfortable temperature.

Great location for our visit. Allows pets which is very important to us. Recent improvements to the property just make this a better option for us (we have stayed here numerous times in the last 7-8 years).

Friendly, helpful staff. There was a good selection of foods for breakfast. Only one person worked the breakfast and he did a great job.
Our only complaint was that we didn't have much warm water, it tended to be luke warm at best, but they are working on repairing it.
