Nice location for the concert across the street. Able to use the sky bridge to go there.

Great location across the street from the venue we were attending
Like many urban hotel/motels there is a hefty additional charge for parking your vehicle. Also, we had breakfast the following morning at the facility and it was served cold. Disappointing for a morning that was NOT busy!

the water bottles in the room were kind of gross. they used to have davenport water, now it’s pure life. it comes from denver public drinking water, which is kind of odd. multiple additives in the water too. i figured davenport would at least have natural spring water in the rooms. also, i requested peanut brittle to be in our room upon arrival, as a surprise anniversary gift to my wife. they confirmed it would be there. but upon entering the room, it wasn’t. i had to go down to the front desk and ask about it. they ended up giving it to me, and were very nice about it. but it ruined the surprise.

Location to the Spokane Arts Center is right across the street.
Hidden fees! The usual taxes. But also a $20 Marriot charge just because they can. Also paid to park in their garage, then had to pay AGAIN to leave the garage!!

I enjoyed the free champagne while waiting in a huge line to check in. My check in went really smooth and they were super helpful in getting my rewards account linked to my stay. Very kind on phone when having to call for help or questions. On the downside the fridge on our room did it keep food cold period so had to throw away some amazing leftovers from the restaurant downstairs. Also no blanket on the room, just felt like sheets on the bed. We ended up covering ourselves with the robes in the closet since we like to sleep in a cold room but cozy under blankets.

There was still some mess from the old guest. This includes old make up remover packet and some price tags in the cabinet.
