Wa din a pool view room. Our door was broken when we got there (sliding glass with button). We were charged $65 out fun the $75 we had to put down.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. They checked in with us before our arrival several times to ask if we had any special requests. We asked for soft pillows and they delivered 100%.
The hotel is on a river walk trail for an added benefit.
Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
The shower wasn't very safe. There wasn't anything to grip if the shower floor was slick (and it was) and no mat to prevent slipping. There was no channel guide for the TV.

Located near River walk trails and Gonzaga. We were able to lock up our e-bikes in conference room. Slept well.
No EV charger but found one at another hotel nearby. Pool was really far away.
