Disappointing
Pool was a swamp, no hot water in a lot of rooms, they did not notify us from the beginning. But there was a very sweet nice housekeeper lady who went out of her way to see that I had a better room and good sleep.

The staff and swimming pool
The very interested clean RMS the shower was disgusting and the floor was very dirty I rented a deluxe rm so I would have a little fridge and microwave as and I had to go to the office and ask for the fridge which still hasn't been given to me

Nothing. If I were you I wouldn't show them on Booking.com because their photos on line are bait, the room was nothing like the photos, neither was the entry way. And a lot of illegal activity, police, arrests- no good for Booking.com business. And I always use Booking.com love them but this was bad.
No breakfast, vending machines didn't work, ice machine had a big 35 gallon trash can under it with gross water in it from the ice machine, probably contaminated. Room was in disrepair, burnt wall plug. Blankets had cigarette burn holes in them, I asked for a wash cloth, they gave me a hand towel and said it was all they had, threads hanging off it, looked like a cleaning rag. No refrigerator. Dirty, dirty and smelled bad. Good thing I brought my own Febreze. Even the pool was falling apart. Broken ceramic tiles, missing pieces of the cement, ladder in deep end was roped off, broken coming out of cement, hand rail in shallow steps actually pulled out of the fitting at the bottom, the handicap chair assist was sitting in pieces. You couldn't even smell the chlorine. The edges of the pool were filmy. I actually think I got an eye infection from swimming. Had to use the skimmer and clean the pool before I could let my grandson swim it was filthy. 2 broken lounge chairs, your butt fell through and got punched. Some yoyo came up behind the fence where I was sitting in my broken chair and started using a leaf blower in the parking lot, blowing stuff all over. Believe me leaf blowing was the least of their problems. Health department should take a look, the room we were in was not safe for sure #103 burnt wall plug and all, and the fabulous shower leaked water all over the floor. The curtains were ragged and see thru in some areas with holes and all.

Everything - from staff to rooms. I had a confirmed and prepaid reservation through Booking.com, but when I arrived to check in, the hotel staff claimed they had no record of it. Despite showing them my confirmation and payment, they insisted I pay again to get a room. I ended up being charged twice for the same stay.
Afterward, I discovered that this is not an isolated incident—it has happened to many other guests, and the hotel continues this dishonest practice. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate scam.
I’ve reported this to Booking.com and am disputing the charge with my bank, but it’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way. This hotel needs to be investigated and held accountable for deceiving and overcharging guests.
Avoid this place at all costs.

Water coming through bathroom ceiling and dripping all over, no hot water and the sheet and blanket on one of the beds was wet and not properly clean. Was promised a discount and didn't get it.

The room was clean however the bathroom door could not close .
Even though the rooms are clean, the hallway is filthy and the whole place smells of cigarettes .
The bed was comfortable but the blankets were like they came from the trash, old and torn, dingy.

it was easy to reserve, easy to check in and check out. Staff were nice and helpful.
The room was not fully stocked. There were no shampoos. Had to wash my hair with a bar of soap. Mattress was worn out and needing replaced, I woke up hurting more so than I did feeling rested. Duvet cover had several cigarette burn holes. Yes it was a smoking room, but I would expect a clean duvet. The door lock had extremely loose screws, you could tell the room had attempted to be broken into at some point and the lock was not repaired.

The staff.
It was overrun with vagrant druggie. Smelled horrible, smoke and pet (urine) I think. The facility was in disrepair, every ice machine was broken, no refrigerators or microwaves in the deluxe Queen room. The shower was disgusting and had a stained dirty shower curtain, I would not use it. I had complained to the staff and they changed me into a better room, but the facility felt very unsafe and smells. The pool was closed for the season, but it was June 26th. The doors from outside that should have been locked and opened with a room key, we're busted and were open 24/7. The front door glass with busted so the welcome was obviously not the best look, especially with two old water heaters sitting in your walkway to the door. If I hadn't prepaid for a room I would have walked to the next hotel and paid twice what I'd spent. I have more pictures than what is posted below. There were so many WTF moments I had to document it.
