Location more remote than description implied. Wi-fi was down which was very inconvenient as this was a business trip.

The staff was generally friendly and professional. The rooms were nicely laid out and roomy. Microwave and refer in the room.The cleanliness is matchless in this price range. We had some lint, the staff helped with a lint roller.
They didn't have anti slip mats in the bathtub/shower; I slipped and fell in it. When I suggested they add them I was told they were available by request (i'd never fallen in the shower)!Luckily my replaced shoulder is OK.

The pool closes at 11 even though there are signs everywhere stating it's open 24/7 just wish I had more time to swim.

Breakfast was good, usual for this type of hotel. Location was good - industrial park just east of Spokane & convenient to I-90.
Lighting in room was dim. Looks like they are trying to use up all their old CFL's.

The breakfast and bed were phenomenal. The location was good for me because I was visiting family who lived 5 minutes away.
The toilet clogged on me. I am very used to water- saving toilets and have good habits with toilet paper, but the toilet in my room clogged. I was forced to go get the hotel's plunger, which took a while to succeed, and I was almost late for my plans because of it. Please install better water-saving toilets.

Decent location, off the beaten path
Front desk staff despondent on check in, no smile, no eye contact, seemed disappointed we were therecoffee packages in the room didnt have stirring sticksfloor carpet had stainswalls way to thin, heard the people above me all night longhave stayed here before without these problems, maybe new management?
