Staff are very professional and friendly, from the gentleman who checked me in to Kelly the bartender.
The mattress on one of the two queen beds in my room was sagging on one side.

Beds were way too soft.
Do not like showers with no sliding door or curtain, and without adjustable shower head.

Having reservations for 2 beds my daughter 16 years and me we got to the place and found that’s they sold out of rooms prior to this I called early the day to let them that was arriving late they said it was ok….
The front desk said it wasn’t able to do anything until he came and said I got a suite with just one bed. This was 12:00am and had to be at the podium at 7 am so I took it I had no choice so I had to sleep on the couch so my daughter had a good night so she will be ready for the tournament
The front desk just said this is the only thing I could give you. Same price not even extra blanket or a free meal the sofa was so uncomfortable woke up with pain on the back and neck cause it was leather and small.
