Location was perfect for accessing the spokane arena. Friendly and courteous staff. Love the bar and restaurant in the lobby.
The room was very muggy with no window to open to allow air in. Fan in bathroom was ineffective. There was a middle school basketball tournament going on and our room door was knocked or kicked on multiple times scaring my wife and small children. I informed the front desk and they did follow up on the complaint but it still happened a few more times.

The location was perfect to get to and from the arena. Breakfast was ok - nothing to wow about - price was a little expensive.
When I checked in I was asked about an upgrade I had looked at and told them I wasn’t interested. I was out into a supposedly upgraded room and charged for it when I said no. I did tell the front desk at check out and she was to check with the manager be get back to me via email. The upgrade was noisy as next to the spillway abd with the equipment running was a constant noise. Remote in bedroom didn’t work - called down the first night and was told new batteries would be brought up. Never received them. There were two remotes so used the one for both TVs. Bed was horribly uncomfortable - woke up both morning sore and tired. For the price we were charged, we will not stay at this particular establishment again.
