Great location by the river, lovely walks & can walk into town.
Our room & bathroom were excellent & the bed very comfortable
Pool looked lovely but we didn’t have a chance to use it
Liked everything
Knew we had to pay for parking - $15 - so it wasn’t a surprise.

Breakfast was not included with the stay so we went to Dtarbucks
Charged for parking, we thought it was free. Air conditioner was VERY loud. We could not sleep with it running. At check in they said we had a river view, turns out our view was the rooftop and related mechanical equipment. Could not see any of the river.

Pretty close to everything in town. The staff was really nice. The pool was nice and heated.
Average room, bathroom had hair leftover in the shower. They also charge per day for parking.

Given a room on the north side when we requested it; one can hear the Stadium concert! Desk staff was professional and nice. Enjoyable esthetic interior architecture.
Dirt around the bathroom door; windows very dirty; we bought 2 scoops of ice cream: $12.84?????????????????? The pool is larger than most--lapable--but open a dismal 9am-9pm; please consider an early window of time for early lap swim.

Liked the location, the pool and lobby were nice. Staff was friendly
We asked for towels and condotioner multiple times and didnt recieve. Room was only serviced a few times. Had to go to the lobby to get coffee. Two nights there were multiple loud people at the pool until 11pm. Couldnt get ahold of the fromt desk via phome several times and also could get ahold of room service for food on Saturday night. I understand this was the night of the Lilac festival which we couldnt find a way to get into the hotel via car and finally had a police direct us in, at which point couldnt find parking. We didnt want to leave to get food in fear we couldnt get back into the property so we tried to get room serivice and was unsuccessful.. i normally dont express negative feedback but will definitely not stay there again
