Disappointing
The location
They charge a resort fee but the pool wasnt open. It used to include a food credit but it doesnt anymore. So you are basically paying $20 a day for wifi. Most hotels include wifi. You also have to pay $15 a day to park. Lots of hidden fees.

Location is great and rooms are always lovelymb
The new food credit/daily amenities charges are not great. When asked if a credit would be given if the amenities were not used, inwas told no. So we made sure to use them up!

The location is excellent.
Thought hotel should have offered more for the money paid. The room and bathroom were nice, but nowhere to sit other than the bed. The restaurant and snack bar were closed a good percentage of the time. Fee for bikes and shuttle; they weren't available.

Wry nice lobby and very open and the rooms were very quiet
The parking was a bit chaotic and cramped and the majority of the cars were very far away from the two side doors on each side

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Wifi didn't work in the room. Not sure what the "Destiny Amenity Fee" was for. Also not happy about $15 daily parking with a notification the lots are not monitored 24/7. If you pay for parking, the lot should be secure and monitored.

Location to where we needed to be was great
Our room was located next to frequently used door that slammed all night long that kept us up. No sleep timer on the tv. Refrigerator did not cool drinks that we put in at 6pm for morning.
