Poor
The staff was polite, attentive, courteous,
It is an old wore out facility.
It smells unpleasant, the carpet in the whole place is dirty grimy and would never want to walk barefoot on it.
The worse was the air-conditioning or lack of. Especially on a hot day .
It was unbearable hot and muggy in the room and hallway.
The maintenance man told me that the AC units are very old and inefficient. I changed rooms to try to find a room with a better AC, but no luck.
Other people changed rooms as well.
I would have left for another motel, but I was tired and in pain. So I stuck it out. Because I couldn't deal with packing and finding another place at night.
I would have at least expected a discount, if not a refund.
But no avail.
I will not stay there again.
I do not recommend this place.
The staff was nice though and I appreciate that. Too bad they work at a place like that.
It really is old wore out. Grimy and smelly to where you don't want to touch anything.

Disappointing
There were smoking and non smoking rooms to choose from and there was a pool, although I didn’t use it but it was outdoors.
There were bugs in the rooms and the breakfast wasn’t that good.

I was able to get a room due to the circumstances I was put into. Thank you for that. However, it took over 15 to check out, very unsatisfying to me. Also, I never got my deposit back!!!
The room is out of date, missing doors and smelled bad. Need remodeling soon.

Very Good
We had a comfortable bed and a good sized room with a fridge, microwave, table and chairs. It was easy to find and not far from the Interstate 90. The shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was adequate and suitable for Travellers.

Cute room, looked like a studio apartment. No bugs.
Man at counter assumed I was loitering. Took almost 30 minutes to check out. Way too expensive. Cigarette holds in sheets. Smelled weird. "Breakfast" was one kind of granola bar and a blueberry muffin. Cleaners tried to enter when we were still in there.

Desk person was helpful when I asked for light bulb & extra pillow.
Cigarette smoking filled my room all night, I had a no smoking room, don't know what room it was coming from but I was chocked out. I had a handicap room for a reason, I have severe COPD And couldn't breathe. Would never recommend it again!!!
