Good
Great customer service, loved the location, clean towels and clean bathroom. The ice cream was delicious, the front desk mentioned it's homemade.
The pillows were old, and the mattress wasn't comfortable at all. The bedsheets looked clean but somehow felt a bit dirty at the same time

Wonderful
Location and view on the River. The staff were very hey when we told them about the very smoky room and provided us with a new room.
The room we were first assigned smelled terribly of smoke. The maid service should have alerted the front desk so something could have been done about it.

Loved the spacious room and balcony as well as access to river side walking path and restaurants. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
Lack of privacy on balcony. No dividers between rooms at balconies so anyone’s business was everyone’s business.

Very Good
Loved the river and marina view, (but not the children from next door who played right outside our windows making it necessary to close all the curtains to have some privacy). Would not do a patio room again, especially after reading that review about dogs being welcome in these rooms. Fortunately, I pre-dosed with allergy medicine for two weeks.
The little bar at the front of the Lodge was fantastic - just the right size for a pre-dinner libation, with a cute patio for outdoor seating. LOVED the sparkling rose on offer this spring. Super friendly staff and all the patrons looked happy and well-serviced.
We skipped dinner here to meet some friends next door at Anthony's, which had decent food, but I really wanted to eat at Drumhellers (and will next time we come). Breakfast was amazing though! -- again, fabulous service.
Such lovely, kind, and friendly staff. I hate to say anything negative.
But... we didn't love the shared patio outside our room. Zero privacy unless you close the view.
HATED the featherweight squishy pillows with no body or structure. We each had two pillows and neither of us slept well with a mere half-an-inch of lift off the bed and gobs of excess pillow fluff splaying out in mounds that obscured your breathing if you rolled over... (We will bring our own next time -- because everyone wants to bring linens on a trip, right)? :/
Overall, still a cute place to lay over for a night or two.

First of all the staff was outstanding. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The view from our terrace was beautiful.
