Breakfast was good. Beds were good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location near river was great!
No rugs in pet rooms was uncomfortable.

The bike rental and location is the best part.
Had an issue with my keys for my room and had to spend an hour going back and forth with the staff to get a new card and get it fixed. The gentlemen at the front desk thought I was stupid and told me I was using it in the wrong floor at first.

The exterior needs some upgrades. Crumbling concrete, chipping paint, rotting wood.

There was a loud argument about 2 to 3 A M ... shouting, sounded like threats. Not a comfortable feeling to hear that right outside your room. Parking was free, however I requested no stairs / steps and although there is a ramp it was quite a long walk to get to the ramp and back to the room. The closest parking was posted for others, we were not allowed to park close.

Good location. it's right on the Columbia River . There are bikes and trails to ride or hike and a golf course right next door !
But the king bed rooms are, how do I say this ... not big . The bed took up most of the room,but it was comfortable. Otherwise, it's awesome, pool table,games ,foosball, and all kinds of stuff to enjoy.

Old. We couldn’t close the door to the bathroom ( always partially open because of bad construction of the door) Room smells bad by some chemicals.
