It was just ok, basic, clean
No lights outside of the rooms, absolute pitch blak, not safe in the evening, had to use phone's lights to go get ice, very unsafe! Please install lights outside

The pool was closed. The breakfast was served in a brown paper bag that consists of a frozen egg sandwich. Not the continental breakfast that was advertised.

The front desk gentlemen was very helpful when my family and I made an accident on the hotel room we reserved. He was able to find us a new room and made our stay very relaxing. I appreciate the additional help or quick assistance.

I liked we could walk to downtown Leavenworth. I liked we had free parking. I really liked the jacuzzi tub that we had on our room.
I didn't like you couldn't tell what channel on the TV, or guide on the TV. There was light coming through the top of the curtains but the blackout curtains worked pretty good.

Comfortable rather large room, clean, with a refrigerator and microwave, table with 2 chairs and a desk with a chair. Beds were very comfy, as well.
There was no on-site restaurant, but it did offer a continental breakfast for free, which was nice.

I actually had a really good stay at this property, and the staff were extremely accommodating with my request for an upper level room on the side. Everything was clean and in good repair, and I will very likely book here again, as I think it is a great value for the location.
