It was a very nice experience. The room was little out dated, ear plugs and other unwanted items were left in the room. Not cleansed very will. Shower was falling apart. The comstmer service was great.

Room was comfortable and clean. Pool is open until midnight for adults. Location was a short walk to downtown.

Rooms did not have carpet and were pet friendly. Bed was clean and comfortable.
The room was a little dated and the door sill was only partially attached. Floor was not very clean but we had dogs so it really did not matter.

The location is the best aspect of this hotel.
The rooms could use a refresh, they are pretty beat up. And for the rooms with the door facing the highway, the street noise is pretty loud. And guests should be aware that the hotel is pet friendly (barking, etc)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's in a great location. Easy enough to walk to all of the downtown activities. The breakfast was wonderful especially when you consider the price you pay to stay here! My kids loved the pool! If we ever travel to Leavenworth again we will definitely be staying here!

Location was close for walking distance to the main city, the food was basic American breakfast which is my favorite and it was reallyyy good

The location was great, the bed was comfortable, the staff were amazing, and the food was as expected
Needs some repairs in the bathrooms. The moulding on the wall by the floor was coming off the wall. We had two rooms, one room didn’t have a locking bathroom.

The staff was very nice and friendly, the continental breakfast was great quality, and the room was just what we needed for our stay to keep us comfy. We will stay here again.
We wish the vending machines tool cards or tap, other than that I can't say anything I didn't like.

Breakfast buffet was plentiful and really enjoyed the outdoor terrace to eat on!
Elevator was slow, faster to walk. Would really have appreciated pool towels
