Disappointing
No one at the front desk ne how to transfer a phone call to a room . The Room was very small and dated, breakfast came in a sack and you only got one meal for a two da staykne-day

Location
The continental breakfast was a sack breakfast. The cleaning service is lame. If you want any towels, pillows, etc you have to go to the office and get them. They dont bring them to you.

Continental breakfast is now a sack lunch you choose the night before. Rather have it like it used.to be, laid.out in the morning.

The ataff was very kind and helpful. It was clean and only 3 or 4 blocks from the main downtown area. We didn't drive anywhere while there, just walked.
It was a bit small and older looking.

The Tv wasn't working and took 2 days to repair. Wass uppose tongive us a discount... of 20$ off. Did not get it

Super nice staff, very outdated room.
Had some maintenance issues and kind of dirty. The breakfast is a granola bar and microwave sandwich.

The location was decent to the center of town.
It was extremely uncomfortable. You could hear everything from your neighboring walls. The staff was awful. While the sheets were clean, the rest of the room was not. It was just awful.

Location and price were good. Pool/Spa.
Bed wasn't very comfortable. Small room. Very slippery coming out of hot tub. I actually fell. Could be fixed with some grip tape on tile steps.

Front desk staff were excellent. Very friendly and very helpful.
Didn't like that they are still doing the bagged breakfasts, but Covid isn't gone yet. So better than nothing.

Its a short walk to the village
Needs a lot of updating specifically the washroom, and the lady who assisted us during our check out needs to practice more on her customer service skills
