The staff was excellent! Very accommodating, courteous, and knowledgeable about the area. Went above and beyond in helping us to have the most enjoyable stay. The breakfast was fantastic, and had a great variety for all needs. Coffee always made, or was more than happy to brew a fresh pot.

Weren't able to stay longer.Only other thing was we weren't able to get on to a first floor, especially for an elderly person with a walker.

The staff were friendly, and it's an easy walk into town. The bed was comfortable and I liked that there was a fridge in the room. There was a pretty new TV. The room size was great.
The room was VERY dated and didn't feel clean because of the age.
The windows didn't have a blind or netting, just curtains and the window looked out onto the main road so getting changed felt a bit vulnerable.
The balcony was communal, which is probably for fire safety reasons but having a private outdoor space would have been better as anyone walking past could look into the room.

Booking.com screwed the reservation and booked a single queen when I asked for double queen or King. Middle of nowhere so took a different room and paid for it . Will dissolute first room and USBank will not pay for your mistake. Poor service from Booking. Not the first time! I’ll call the desk next time I need a reservation. You will be hearing from my bank.

How to get into the pool people had a hard time had 3 metal stairs being super hot like in the 90's touching it was way to hot and very slippery and only 1 way to get in ,oh no microwave in the room
