Extremely clean, obviously newly renovated, fresh paint and new fixtures, the room was very large.
The room we had was next to the stairs and the main road, so it was a little noisy.

It had a nice like separation between the kitchenette ,table and couch from the beds and bathroom. Very large room
The only thing that I wasn't happy with was the amount of lighting in the room it was just very dim in the sleeping area and at the vanity mirror other than that it was great

Serving utensils at breakfast weren't clearly marked for each dish which made it difficult as a vegetarian. Location was along a main road which I hadn't realized prior to booking. It didn't feel particularly safe even just a block away. It was overpriced for what it was, though the facility and staff were lovely.

The breakfast was okay, but cheap items, especially the breakfast meats and eggs. They had problems keeping the supply of some things, such as brewed coffee, when it was busy on the weekend.
Most of the staff was nice, but some of the housekeeper did not seem to like their job and tried to avoided doing it. My room was only served once by a really nice lady but only saw her that one day.

Fresh scrambled eggs instead of frozen little flat eggs. Sausage pieces were tasteless. Waffles were good.

Big rooms
charged $50 room deposit for a 2 night stay. We went back to this motel Literally a couple hours after we checked out to stay additional days when we were told that we would have to now pay a $300 cash deposit because we were locals!!

Gentleman at at the front desk was very helpful.
There was a smell in the hallway. There was a bad odor in the room (first floor). I had to open windows to let fresh air in. (winter) It was very strong. I was concerned I was going to have an asthma attack. After we returned home, all our clothes in our suitcases reeked of the smell. We will not be back.
