Staff very pleasant, access perfect for our stay, rooms we're clean. I believe one of the most important areas in a room is the bed and our mattress in room 115 seriously needs replacement, otherwise not good sleep great experience

The views and the room. The room was beautiful and fit my family perfectly.
I was in town for a funeral. I called ahead and asked if a 1:00 check out would be okay. The lady said yes and that it would be $10 more. I got to the hotel and the staff member said it would be $40 to check out that late. That's ridiculous. I live in Idaho, I was there for my grandma's funeral, I had to kill an hour at Ross because I had nowhere else to go and was not going to spend that much money on an hour of time. Especially considering I didn't check in until 11 pm the night before.

the staff (Harrison) greeted us right away at check in and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.
The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Steve runs a tight ship with the breakfast spread, and made sure no parts ever ran low. He was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome to come and enjoy breakfast.
While it was a short stay this time, we had a great experience.
