Doors didn’t unlock all the time and I had to go to the front desk often to get a new key. All rooms smelled like old cigarettes. No tv remote in one room. Electrical plug pulled out of the wall with my cords still attached.
Faucet pulled up out of the sink.

Room was very basic, only one bath towel for us. The TV remote was not working and when we asked for batteries, there was only one channel to watch. A lot of homeless people were loitering around on the hotel grounds. The police even showed up there in the evening.It was very scary. It took the guy at reception quite a while to find our reservation and to check us in. Not sure how they get to use the name Radisson linked to their name because the Radisson does not operate or own this joint.

Filthy, run down, full off drug addicts, rats, unclean rooms, damage in rooms.

The room lights didn’t work. The smoke detector was ripped off the wall and missing the sheets on the bed were dirty there was a pair of dirty underwear on the lamp and the tv didn’t turn on.

Location
I never got any towels. The room was a shambles. There drug deal and usage as well as prostitution going on. Groups congregated all ours near the stairs. I was afraid my car would be stolen. Do not stay here!

Shawn & Monica at the front desk are great!
Everything! No toilet paper! No towels! The deadbolt lock was broken. Not to mention the people who were inside my room! They apologized. They told me they are homeless. They pop the locks of vacant rooms to take showers and sleep in a bed.

Very disgusting place checked in and was checked given a key to a room that already had occupants in it. I could’ve been shot the room he gave me falling. Was blood spread ladders on the wall curtains dirty everything was so nasty. I didn’t stay but one night.

Nothing - after 27hpurs of travelling we arrived to this disaster. We booked in with a very rude staff member who we could see was editing the price of the cost of the room. We were then give our room key and walked across the parking lot to witness prostitution going on, drug dealers in the car park and people clearly on stuff. We did not feel safe. The room was disgusting with marks all over the bed sheets and dirty bathroom and stank of cigarette smoke and drugs. We checked straight back out and went to find a new last minute hotel. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS
